Director of Financial Aid Manage all aspects of the Financial Aid department; serve as the administrator of all Title IV student assistance, state, institutional and private funds to include Veterans Assistance and Vocational Rehabilitation Programs; ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations; manage SIS's Financial Aid Module and Student Portal. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (business, counseling), Master's degree preferred; experience with CampusVue, EDConnect, COD, CPS, NSLDS and other FSA systems necessary; 5+ years of experience within a Financial Aid office; Microsoft Excel; previous supervisory experience; knowledge of state and federal financial aid requirements; cross-training in Registrar and Student Accounts preferred; knowledge of SIS System configurations and conversions a PLUS. Marketing Director Lead, build and manage a team that oversees the business, brand, customer engagement, and retention strategy for SUM’s main campus and its global cohorts. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing; proven track record of success in senior marketing roles; experience in fundraising and capital campaigns; able to travel for site visits with overnight stays; 5 years experience in marketing preferred. On-Campus Maintenance This position requires basic electrical, mechanical, and maintenance knowledge. In addition, the applicant must be a self-starter who will observe areas needing attention in campus buildings and grounds, and under the direction of the business office, be able to proceed with those tasks. Receptionist The receptionist serves as the first resource for students, parents, businesses, staff and faculty. Technical Administrative Associate to the Academic Department Technical administration and assistance for CAO, Associate Dean, and Registrar: duties to be assigned in support of Canvas, Zoom, Canpus Vue, web based materials development, Gmail, Office 365, and similar technical support as needed. V.P. of Finance / Chief Financial Officer Direct the fiscal functions of the ministry in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board and other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry. Oversee the financial health of the organization and clearly communicate the financial position of the organization to the Executive leadership team and the Board of Directors.
